In December 1991, 18 year old mother Nicola Payne left her boyfriend’s house on a five minute walk home across a strip of wasteland known as the ‘Black Pad’.
Nicola was never seen again.
It became one of the biggest investigations undertaken by the West Midlands Police and to this day, no one has been convicted of her disappearance or murder.

“The Never Ending Murder,” an investigative true crime docu-series about the disappearance of 18-year-old British woman Nicola Payne. The series will be released in the U.K. and Ireland in 2023.
